摘要
针对复杂断块油藏高含水期地层非均质性严重、剩余油分布零散、近井调剖效果差的问题,开展了聚合物乳液在线调驱技术研究.研制了以聚合物乳液和交联剂XL—2为组成的聚合物乳液在线调驱体系,并对调驱体系进行了性能评价,设计了在线注入装置.结果表明:聚合物乳液稳定时间大于6个月,溶解时间小于15 min,调驱体系交联黏度大于150 mPa·s,交联时间在1 ~15d可控,物模试验提高采收率大于15%,在线注入装置能够实现聚合物乳液的在线溶解.
During the period of complex fault-block reservoir with high water,because of the serious heterogeneity of the reservoir,near well profile control effect became poorer.On-site profile control and oil displacement of polymer emulsion was researched.On-site profile control and oil displacement of polymer emulsion system was composed of polymer emulsion and crosslinking agent XL—2.Experiment results show that the stability time of polymer emulsion is more than 6 months,the dissolution time is less than 15 minutes,the crosslinking viscosity was greater than 150 mPa · s,the cross-linking time was between 1 day and 15 day,and the online injection device can dissolve polymer emulsion immediately.
