摘要
目的:研制一种残余尿引流测定装置,实现对患者膀胱内尿液进行快速引流并准确测定。方法:装置由AT89C51型单片机控制板、直流电动机抽排装置和蓝牙残余尿测定装置3个部分组成。单片机控制板通过控制直流电动机抽排装置的启动将残余尿抽至蓝牙残余尿测定装置,从而实时测量残余尿量并将数据传回单片机,在单片机控制板的数码管上实时显示。结果:经模拟测试,该装置能够将预先装入烧杯中的液体快速抽至蓝牙残余尿测定装置,并在控制板上准确显示。结论:该装置能够快速完成残余尿的引流及测定,若能应用于临床尿动力学检查,可大大减轻操作人员的负担。
Objective To develop a residual urine drainage measuring device in order to ensure the reliability of residual urine results and shorten the urodynamic study time. Methods The device was composed of an AT89C51 microcontroller control panel, a DC motor pumping unit and a B|uetooth residual urine detection unit. The microcontroller control panel started the pumping device to pump residual urine to Bluetooth residual urine detection unit by controlling the direct current machine motor. Re- al-time results of residual urine detected by Bluetooth residual urine detection unit were sent to the microcontroller and dis- played on its nixie light, Results Simulated testing showed that the liquid in a beaker was pumped into the Bluetooth residual urine detection unit and the measurements were displayed on the nixie light. ~on The device can be used for the drainage and testing of residual urine, and can relief the workload of operators when applied in clinical urodynamic examination.
