摘要
研究了不同温度、碳氮、氮源、C/N及pH值对斑玉蕈高产菌株3011菌丝的影响.结果表明,斑玉蕈菌丝体在5~30℃均能生长,最适温度为25℃;能利用葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖、乳糖、甘露糖、果糖做碳源,但麦芽糖为碳源生长势强,乳糖生长势弱;能利用牛肉膏、蛋白胨、硫酸铵、硝酸铵作为氮源,最适氮源为牛肉膏;C/N在10/1 ~ 60/1范围内均可生长,最适C/N为30/1;菌丝在pH为4.0~8.5条件下均能生长,最适pH为5.0 ~7.0,以pH =6.5生长速度最快.因此,斑玉蕈高产菌株3011利用多糖和有机氮的能力较强,是一种低温、弱酸培养的食用真菌.
The effect of different temperature,carbon sources,nitrogen sources,C/N and pH value on the mycelial growth of high yielding strain 3011 of Hypsizigus marmoreus were studied.The results indicates that the range of temperature for the growth of Hypsizigus marmoreus was 5-30 ℃,and the optimum was 25 ℃.Glucose,sucrose,maltose,lactose,mannose and fructose were suitable for the growth,but maltose was the best,and lactose was the worst.Beef extract,peptone,ammonium sulfate,ammonium nitrate could be used as nitrogen sources and beef anointed was the best.For the mycelial growth of Hypsizigus marmoreus,the range of C/N was 10/1-60/1,and the C/N of 30/1 was most suitable,the range of pH was 4.0-8.5,the optimum was 5.0-7.0,but pH 6.5 was the best.Therefore,high yielding strain 3011 of Hypsizigus marmoreus can use polysaccharide and organic nitrogen more efficiently,which is a low-temperature,weak acid culture edible fungi.
