摘要
采用熔融共混法制备了聚苯乙烯/聚丙烯/纳米二氧化钛(PS/PP/nano-TiO2)复合材料,并对该复合材料的力学性能、热稳定性和微观结构进行了研究。结果表明:随着nano-TiO2用量的增加,PS/PP/nano-TiO2复合材料的亲水性和热稳定性明显提高,冲击和拉伸强度均先增大后减小,其中当nano-TiO2用量为2%时,复合材料的力学性能均达到峰值;此外微观分析结果显示,nano-TiO2的引入改善了PS与PP的相容性。
Polystyrenelpolypropylene/nanometer titanium dioxide (PS/PP/nano-TiO2) composites were prepared via melt blending method. And the mechanical properties, heat stability and microscopic structures of the composites were studied. The results show that with the increased amount of nano-TiO2, hydrophilicity and thermal stability of the PS/PPInano-TiO2 composites improve significantly. The impact strength and tensile strength of the composites increase first and then decrease, and the mechanical properties of composites reach the maximum simultaneously when the content of nano-TiO2 is 2%. Moreover, the microscopic analysis indicate that, the introduction of nano-TiO2 improves the compatibility of PS and PP.
