摘要
为抑制碳钢酸洗时的腐蚀,采用加热回流萃取法从薄荷叶中提取了一种新型绿色缓蚀剂。采用失重法和极化曲线法测试了薄荷叶缓蚀剂在20~50℃时对2mol/LHCl中热轧碳钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明:薄荷叶缓蚀剂对热轧碳钢的缓蚀效率随其浓度增加而增大,最大缓蚀率达到87.8%;当浓度小于80mg/L时,温度升高,缓蚀效率减小;浓度大于80mg/L时,温度升高,缓蚀效率增大;薄荷叶缓蚀剂在热轧碳钢表面的吸附作用符合Lang—muir吸附模型;薄荷叶缓蚀剂对热轧碳钢的缓蚀机理为几何覆盖效应,同时抑制腐蚀反应的阴、阳极过程,属于混合型缓蚀剂。
A kind of novel green corrosion inhibitor was prepared from mint leaves by refluxing-extraction method so as to inhibit the corrosion of carbon steel in pickling.The inhibition performance of as- prepared corrosion inhibitor made from mint leaves for hot-rolled carbon steel in 2 mol /L HCl solution at 20 ~ 50 ℃ was evaluated by weight loss method and potentiodynamic polarization curve measurements. It was found that the inhibitor exhibited good corrosion inhibition performance towards the carbon steel under selected test conditions. Namely,the inhibition efficiency rose with increasing concentration,and the maximum inhibition efficiency was as much as 87. 8%. When the concentration of the extract was lower than 80 mg /L,the inhibition efficiency decreased as the temperature increased,while it increased with the increase of temperature when the concentration was more than 80 mg /L. Moreover,the adsorption of the extract on carbon steel surface obeyed the Langmuir's adsorption isotherm. The potentiodynamic polarization curves indicated that the extract inhibited both cathodic and anodic reactions and acted as a mixed type inhibitor,and it was dominated by coverage effect in terms of the inhibition mechanism.
