摘要
对三副长短叶片叶轮离心泵在小流量、设计流量和大流量工况下的内部流动特性进行三维湍流数值模拟,研究揭示了三副长短叶片离心泵叶轮中间截面的相对速度以及长、短叶片表面静压分布,得到长、短叶片进口和叶轮出口的相对速度以及相对液流角沿圆周向的分布规律.数值模拟预测了三副长短叶片叶轮离心泵的扬程、水力效率随流量变化的曲线,并对比分析三副长短叶片叶轮离心泵的内、外特性.研究结果表明,短叶片不同偏置对泵的内外特性有明显影响,分流短叶片进口截圆直径相同,而短叶片进口偏置角大于出口偏置角时,水泵扬程最大增加1.96%,效率增加2.80%~4.53%.
Three-dimensional turbulent numerical simulation method is applied to study the different flow patterns of three centrifugal pump impellers with deviated short splitter vanes. The internal flow fields are obtained at design operating conditions, maximum flux and minimum flux respective- ly. The relative velocity vectors on midsections are also revealed in blade grooves. The regular pat- terns of static pressure on blade surfaces are found as well. The distribution law curves of relative velocity and relative velocity flow angle along the circumference are acquired in the inlet and outlet of blades, and also in the inlet of splitter vanes. External characteristics are predicted about water flux and water height, water flux and efficiency by means of three-dimensional numerical simula- tion. By comparing,it comes to the conclusion that the influence on flow fields is significant with three different deviated short vane schemes. It is acceptable that the deviated angle of splitter vane in the inlet must be more than that in the outlet, while all splitter vanes are located along the same circumference. Pump head maximum increases by 1.96%, and the efficiency increases by 2.80~ to 4. 53~.
