摘要
以宁夏红寺堡开发区为例,就有关宁夏生态移民在社区建设过程中存在的诸如移民社区规模设置不合理、组织建设滞后、服务设施不配套、建设资金不足以及社区建设人才匮乏等问题进行了初步的探索。笔者认为,要想使得宁夏生态移民在社区建设方面获得突破性的成果,必须从社区组织建设、社区服务设施、社区建设资金以及社区人才队伍建设几个途径入手,以促进生态移民社区的建设和发展。
Taking Hongsipu Open Economic Zone in Ningxia as an example, it discussed ecological migration problems in community construction. The author put forward corresponding solutions from the aspect of community construction, community service facilities, community construction funds and community talents team construction to promote the construction and development of ecological migration community.
