摘要
采用数值模拟方法对镍基高温变形合金(GH4169)、不锈钢(AISI316)L形截面的型材挤压过程进行热力耦合分析发现:随着挤压速度增加,挤压速度对挤压力影响越显著;初步得到模具的最佳预热温度。正交实验研究表明:GH4169合金中,挤压工艺参数对坯料温升影响的顺序为,挤压速度最大、坯料温度次之、模具预热温度最小;挤压比对挤压力影响显著。获得GH4169合金L形型材挤压较优工艺方案为:挤压温度1060℃,模具预热温度450℃,挤压速度50mm/s。
The finite element method has been used to study on the coupling thermal-mechanical numerical simulation of extrusion process of high temperature deformation alloy GH4169 and 316 stainless steel.The results show that the increasing extrusion speed has more significant effect on extrusion force.The best preheating temperature of the die has been gained.The orthogonal experiment indicates that in GH4169 alloy the influence severe order of extrusion process parameters to the temperature rising of blank material is extrusion speed,blank temperature and pre-heating temperature of die.The extrusion ratio contributes remarkable effect on the extrusion force.The better extrusion process for L section alloy GH4169 has been obtained:the extrusion temperature is 1060 ℃while the mould preheating temperature is 450℃ and the extrusion speed is 50mm/s.
