代谢性谷氨酸受体5参与吗啡耐受及其机制 被引量:2

摘要 长期使用吗啡将造成吗啡耐受,表现为吗啡镇痛效应减弱,需加大药物剂量才能达到相同的效果。吗啡耐受现象大大限制了阿片类药物在临床的应用,也成为疼痛治疗中的难题。其发生机制至今仍不明确。谷氨酸是中枢神经系统一种主要的兴奋性神经递质,对脑功能整合和神经元细胞生长起重要作用。
