摘要
目的:了解医院落实消毒供应中心三项标准的情况,为医院进一步贯彻和修订标准提供科学建议。方法:采用书面调查和实地调查相结合的方式开展调查。结果:调查9省市共365所医院,其中90.9%的医院组织相关人员参与了三项标准的培训;58.9%的医院CSSD实现了集中管理;96.2%的医院依据标准将CSSD管理纳入了医院医疗质量;90%以上的医院认为,三项标准的实施对推动本院CSSD实现集中管理、提高CSSD清洗质量和消毒灭菌质量、预防医院感染发挥了较大作用。结论:医院应加强标准培训力度,进一步落实CSSD集中管理,明确CSSD的主管部门,建立CSSD人员培训制度。
Objectives： Learning status quo of central sterile supply department implementation three standards to give scientific recommendations on further implementing and revising standards. Methods：Combined written survey and field investigation. Results：365 hospitals in 9 provinces were investigated. 90.0%of those hospitals got related training. 58.9%of hospitals practice central management in CSSD. 96.2%of those hospitals have involved CSSD management to hospital medical quality management according to the standard. More than 90%of those hospitals think that implementing three standard have played important role on CSSD central management, improving cleaning and disinfection quality and preventing nosocomial infection. Conclusions：It needs to strengthening training, further implementing CSSD central management, clearing CSSD＆#39;s competent authority and establishing CSSD staff training system.
