摘要
介绍了国内外液压凿岩机的主要研究现状,从提高凿孔速度和预防卡钎的角度对相关的研究成果进行了归纳,并分析了液压凿岩机的发展趋势。改变液压凿岩机结构及工作原理,实现独立无级调节冲击能和冲击频率,适应不同凿岩对象;从试验得到凿岩过程中最优的凿孔速度所对应的回转压力与推进压力的关系,研究控制两者关系的方法;分析了凿岩机卡钎的原因及类型,提出预防和处理各类卡钎的自动防卡方案。
The main study of hydraulic rock drill was introduced,from view of improving drilling speed and preventing jamming,induced research results and analyzed the trend of the development of hydraulic rock drill.The structure and working principle of the hydraulic rock drill was changed,realized to independently adjust impact power and impact frequency and adapt to different drilling object; from the experiment acquiring the best drilling speed corresponding to rotation pressure and feed pressure relationship,researched on controlling this relationship; the causes and types of jamming was analyzed,puted forward an automatic anti-jamming program of prevention and dealt with of various types of jamming.
