摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对樟脑、松油醇和杉木油这3种不同生产过程中产生的副产品工业双戊烯A、B、C的化学成分进行分析。结果表明:工业双戊烯A、B、C中已鉴定出相对质量分数大于0.1%的成分分别为27、29、33个,其相对质量分数总和分别为98.98%、98.12%、96.34%;3个工业双戊烯样品富含单萜烯类化合物,其组成特征与其来源关系密切,工业双戊烯B含有丰富的桉叶素,而工业双戊烯C中的开环萜烯类和芳香族类物质的含量较高;3个工业双戊烯样品可通过精馏单离出双戊烯、萜品油烯和对伞花烃等产品,还可经适当分离后用作对生产伞花烃原料;此外,工业双戊烯B可提取桉叶油素,工业双戊烯C可提取3,4-二甲基-2,4,6-辛三烯。
The Dipentene A,B and C chemical composition of the 3 industrial dipetenne camphor,Alpha-Terpineol and fir oil was an-alyzed by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry (GC-MS).The results showed that,there were 27,29 and 33 compositions which was the relative mass fraction more than 0.1%,and the total relative mass fraction were 98.98%,98.12% and 96.34% in the industrial dipentene A,B and C,respectively.The 3 industrial dipentene enriched with monoterpene compounds,and its chemical compositions had close relationship with its origin source.The industrial dipentene B had a lot of eucalyptol,and the industrial dipen-tene C had higher content of Open-loop terpene compounds and Aromatic substances.The 3 industrial dipentene could be produced into dipentene,terpinolene and p-cymene by distillation,or could be the raw material of synthesis p-cymene.Eucalyptol could be ex-tracted from the industrial dipentene B,and 3,4-dimethyl-2,4-Octatriene could be extracted from the industrial dipentene C.
