摘要 目的:研究东北园参扩增北移后对质量的影响,考察不同产地、年限、采收期等因素对东北园参中皂苷Rg1+Re和Rb1的含量的影响.方法:采用HPLC法测定,数据分析采用独立样本T检验和单因素方差分析及多元线性回归.结果:东北园参中人参皂苷Rg1+Re和Rb1含量水平均受产地与生长年限和采收期影响,影响从大到小的顺序是:产地>生长年限>采收期.生晒过程对人参皂苷Rg1+Re和Rb1含量水平影响不大.结论:以人参皂苷Rg1+Re和Rb1含量水平为参考,人参种植北移后,其含量虽然偏低,但仍然可以满足2010年版《中国药典》要求;生晒过程对质量影响不大,东北园参中吉林质地为佳,药用人参五年生优于四年生,7~9月采收期内,随时间推移含量依次升高,9月最高.药用人参最佳选择仍应为五年生9月采收吉林产的园参. Objective: To study the effect of Northeast ginseng amplification northwards on quality, effect on ginsenoside RgI + Re and ginsenoside Rb1 content in northeast ginseng from different origin, age and harvest time. Methods: The content was determined by HPLC, and the data was analyzed by independent samples T-test, single-factor analysis of variance and multiple linear regressions. Results: The origin, age and havest time effected ginsenoside RgI + Re and ginsenoside RbI contend in northeast ginseng, the impact on decreasing order was: the origin 〉 growth age 〉 harvest time. The effect on the ginsenoside Rg1 + Re and ginsenoside Rb1 content from fresh and dried sample was unremakeble. Conclusion: With ginsenoside RgI + Re and Rb1 level as reference, Ginseng planting northwards, although its content is low, but still can meet the requirements of Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition, raw drying process on the quality have no significant differences, the Northeast ginseng in Jilin texture is good, 5 years old than 4 years old, 7-9 month recovery period, with the passage of time in September the highest increase in turn. the best choice of ginseng should be harvested in September Jilin ginseng 5 years.
