摘要
在复杂湿气集输管网中,当管道实际运行压力、输量高于或低于管道设计运行压力、设计输量时,计算出的管道输气效率会出现大于100%或偏低的情况,使得管道清管周期的合理制定非常困难。为了确定管网的清管时机,制定合理的清管周期,减少清管作业频次,提出利用相对输气效率、管道始末端压差梯度、预测积液量与管容体积百分比、管道气体流速等参数综合分析判断管道清管时机的新方法。通过对苏里格气田集输骨架管网历次清管作业的分析计算,认为该方法符合现场作业的实际情况,可以准确判断出复杂湿气集输管道的清管时机,为现场清管周期的确定和清管方案的编制提供科学有效的依据。
In the actual operation of complex wet-gas gathering pipeline network, if the pipeline operation pressure and gas transmission volume are higher or lower than the designed values, the calculated gas transmission efficiency could be larger than 100% or lower than actual data, making it difficult to work out a proper pigging cycle. In order to determine pigging period, work out a rational pigging cycle and reduce pigging frequency, this paper puts forward a new method to determine pigging period by analyzing comprehensively relative gas transmission efficiency, pressure gradient between the beginning and end of pipeline, percentage of predicted loading liquid volume and pipeline volumetric capacity, and flowrate of gas, etc.. The analysis and calculation of previous pigging works of frame pipeline network of Sulige Gasfield by the new method show that the new method matches actual situation in field operation, can determine pigging period of complex wet-gas pipeline accurately, which provides the scientific and effective basis to the determination of pigging period and formulation of pigging program.
