摘要
阐述了泥浆的作用和成分,并结合海南红粘土的性质进行了固化处理试验,对比分析了不同固化剂的固化强度和固化效果.根据试验研究,建议采用w=2%的水泥+w=0.5%的硅酸钠+w=0.1%的硫酸铝的配比对海南红粘土废泥浆进行固化处理,采用该方法可以适当减少水泥的用量,可用耗能少的石灰、红粘土等替代部分水泥,该法从根本上真正做到了环保,达到了固化再利用的目的 .
In the process of drilling and cast-in place pile, if mishandled, a large amount of wasted mud are pro- duced, and which results in serious environmental problems. In the report, the function and compositions of wasted mud were analyzed, the laboratory solidified tests were performed based on the nature of the red clay in Hainan, the compressive strength and effects of solidification treatment using different solidification agents were compared. It was suggested that the optimal mixture ratio is 2% cement + 0.5% sodium silicate + 0.1% alu- minum sulfate to carry out solidification treatment for wasted red clay mud in Hainan. The amount of cement may be reduced appropriately, this part of the cement can be replaced by lime and red clay, which consume less en- ergy. The method protects environment and achieves the purpose of solidification and recycle.
