摘要
股骨颈骨折后,供应股骨头颈部的血流受到影响甚至中断,从而导致股骨头坏死的发生。但是目前仍不能很快的评估股骨颈骨折造成的血供受损的具体部位和程度。借助实验研究、临床观察、影像学的分析,可建立一个较为细致的股骨头血供三维模型,骨科医生便可以根据患者的伤情评估血供受损情况,制定个体化的治疗方案,从而达到较好的治疗效果。
When the fracture occurs, the blood supply to the femoral head and neck (FHN) is impacted or damaged, leading to the necrosis of femoral head. However, the accurate sites and degree of blood flow damage is difficult to be estimated sometimes. A precise 3D model of FHN blood supply, established on the basis of experiment research, clinical survey and radiographic technique would be helpful for orthopedic surgeons to estimate the impacted degree of blood flow and to set individualized operational plan for better therapeutic effects.
