摘要
合成了 5- (4-氨磺酰基苯基偶氮 ) - 8-氨基喹啉 ,并对其与钴的显色反应作了探讨。试验表明 ,在阳离子表面活性剂 CTMAB存在下 ,于 p H 9.8的缓冲溶液中 ,试剂与钴形成紫红色配合物 ,其最大吸收波长位于 60 6nm,摩尔吸光系数为 7.0 8× 1 0 4 L· mol-1·cm-1,钴量在 0~ 1 5μg/2 5ml范围内符合比耳定律 ,方法用于标样和 VB12 中痕量钴的测定 。
The new reagent 5 (4 sulfanoylphenylazo) 8 aminoquinoline was synthesized and its color reaction with cobalt(Ⅱ) was studied. As shown by the experimental results the reagent reacts with cobalt(Ⅱ) to form a 2∶1 violet red complex in the presence of CTMAB at pH 9.8. The absorption maxima lies at 606nm and the molar absorptivity is found to be 7.08×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0~15μg/25ml. The method has been used in the determination of Co(Ⅱ) in VB 12 with satisfactory results.
