摘要
目的探讨针刺督脉结合康复训练对脑卒中患者平衡功能的疗效。方法 60例脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组(30例)与对照组(30例),于入组时、3周末应用Berg平衡量表(Berg Balance Scale,BBS)和改良巴氏指数量表(Modified Barthel Index,MBI)分别对两组患者进行评定,治疗组给予针刺督脉结合康复训练,对照组仅给予康复训练。结果入组时两组患者BBS和MBI评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗组和对照组治疗前后比较,BBS和MBI评分均有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗后组间比较,治疗组效果优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论针刺督脉结合康复训练能显著改善脑卒中患者平衡功能。
Objective: To investigate the effect of acupuncture at du meridian combined with rehabilitation training on the balance function for stroke patients. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 per group. The treatment group was treated by acupuncture at du meridian combined with rehabilitation training while the control group was treated by rehabilitation training. Before the treatment and after 3-week treatment,all patients were assessed by Berg Balance Scale( BBS) and Modified Barthel Index( MBI). Results: There was no difference in the balance capability ranking between the treatment group and the control group before the treatment( P > 0. 05),but BBS and MBI showed significant difference( P < 0. 01) in the comparison between the treatment group and the control group after the treatment. The treatment group was better than the control group after the treatment( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Acupuncture at du meridian combined with rehabilitation training can significantly improve the balance function of stroke patients.
