摘要
目的提高患儿家长对心内科医疗服务的满意度。方法 QC小组活动。结果患儿家长对心内科医疗服务的满意度从活动前的86.5%提高到活动后的98%,达到了活动目标。
Objective To improve the satisfaction of parents of children on medical services in Department of Cardiology. Method QC group activities. Result The satisfaction of parents of children on medical services in Department of Cardiology in- creased from 86.5% to 98% after the event, reaching the target.
