汉江汉中段淡水鱼镉含量分析

摘要 了解汉江汉中段淡水鱼镉污染情况和食用安全性,为加强生态环境监督管理提供依据。采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定鲤、鲫、生鱼、鲢等7种鱼的肌肉、鳃和肝脏中镉含量。结果表明,3种器官镉含量分布是肝脏>鳃>肌肉,7种鱼的鳃和肝脏中镉含量都超标,但肌肉被污染的程度稍轻,仅泥鳅和鲤超出标准。由此可见,汉中段淡水鱼类受到一定程度的镉污染,应引起重视。 The aim of this study was to understand the cadmium pollution and edible safety for fresh water fish in Han River, and to provide information for improving ecological supervision. The total of 7 fish species were collected,and the cadmium contents in the muscle, gill and liver of the fish were analyzed by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results indicated that the order of cadmium contents in three organs was that: liver〉 gill〉 muscle. The cadmium contents in the gill and liver of all fish was over the standard. The cadmium contents in the muscle of loach and carp were also over the standrd,others was under the standard. The fresh water fish in Han River in Hanzhong were polluted by cadmium , we should pay more attention to ecological safety of Han River.
