摘要
以2-氯-4-三氟甲基吡啶为原料,两步加氢方法合成4-三氟甲基哌啶。研究了碱在加氢反应过程中的作用及其用量对加氢反应杂质的影响。对反应所用溶剂进行了筛选。当采用异丙醇为溶剂时,最终产品含量达到99.8%,产品收率>80%。
4-(Trifluoromethyl)piperidine hydrochloride was prepared from 2-chloro-4- ( trifluoromethyl)pyridine by two-step hydrogenation method. The function of soda in the hydrogenation reaction was studied as well a s effect of soda dosage on the product composition. Solvents in the reaction were screened. The purity of fin al product reached 99.8% and yield was more than 80% when isopropanol was used as solvent.
