摘要
分析了国内外关于LNG管道保冷层厚度计算设计标准,并具体阐述了计算方法及参数选择。经分析:国内GB 50264、SH/T 3010等标准与国外JIS A9501、ISO12241等标准比,不但计算方法有区别,而且外表面换热系数及其他参数取值也不相同,从实例计算结果可知,国内标准与国外标准计算保冷层厚度结果稍微偏大,保冷效果较好。
Related standards for design and calculation cold layer thickness of LNG pipe at home abroad were introduced as well as calculation methods and parameter selection. The results show that ,compared with the foreign standards ISO12241 and JIS A9501, domestic GB 50264 and SH/T 3010 standards are not only different in the calculation method, but also different in the parameter selection. The calculation result of cold layer thickness with domestic standards is slightly larger than that with foreign standards.
