摘要
牛乳是乳品企业生产乳制品的源头,奶牛养殖在奶牛产业中起着关键性和控制性作用。产奶量下降的母牛会影响奶牛场经济效益而淘汰[1]。奶牛淘汰后会被当成肉用牛屠宰食用。淘汰奶牛的肉品质及销售价格比肉用牛的牛肉都要低,适口性和营养价值比肉用牛低。每年奶牛养殖过程中有大量的奶牛被淘汰,而在收购、屠宰、加工、销售、食用的过程中普遍存在不透明、不规范、不合法的现象。笔者认为,奶牛淘汰后要肉用应建立检疫监督可循的法规。
Dairy milk is a source of dairy production, dairy farming plays a key role in the dairy industry. However, the cows milk production decreased will be eliminated since affecting the economic benefits of dairy farms. Elimination cow will be slaughtered as the beef cattle for consumption. Meat quality and nutritional value of elimination cow and sales price is lower than beef cattle. A large number of cows be eliminated during dairy farming process, however there are many unreasonable phenomenon and in the process of acquisition, slaughtering, processing, marketing, consumption and transparent. The writer suggest that The slaughter circulation domain of elimination cow should established quarantine supervision regulations
