摘要
推进社区网格化管理,有助于党的群众路线教育实践活动在社会管理层面的开展。2012年以来,十堰市网格化社会管理工作取得了阶段性成效,但总体仍处于探索起步阶段,存在不少问题。有鉴于此,应推进社会管理综合信息平台系统建设、增强社会矛盾联动化解系统实效、明确网格员的角色定位和岗位职责、提高网格员的知晓率和认可度并改善其工作条件和工资待遇。
Abstract ：Tbe promotion of community gridded management is helpful to the Party＇s mass line education practice in the social man- agement level. Since 2012, Shiyan gridded management has gained some achievements, but overall is still in the exploring stage and there exist many problems. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the construction of integrated information platform of social manage- ment system, strengthen social contradictions resolv!ng system effectiveness, clarify grid members＇ role and responsibility, improve the awareness and recognition of grid members and improve their working conditions and wages.
