摘要
目的评价人性化护理在急诊患者护理中的实际应用效果。方法选取我院2012年3月-2013年5月急诊科患者100例,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组各50例。观察组给予人性化护理,对照组给予常规护理,对2组患者的护理满意度进行比较。结果观察组在护理形象、服务语言、服务态度、沟通方式和健康宣教等方面的得分与对照组进行比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急诊患者开展人性化护理,能够较大程度提升患者对护理的满意程度,值得在临床护理中大力推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of humanistic nursing on the care of emergency patients. Method 100 cases of emergency patients received in our hospital from March 2012 to May 2013 were randomly divided into the observation and control groups, 50 cases in each group, The observation group were given humanistic nursing and the control group were received routine nursing. Then the nursing satisfaction of patients was com- pared in both groups. Results In terms of nursing image, service language, nursing attitude, communication and health education, the observation group got higher scores than the control group and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Humanistic nursing of emergency patients can greatly increase their satisfaction for nursing and it is worthy of further promotion in the clinical care.
