摘要
研究了用还原焙烧-氨浸工艺(RRA L )从菲律宾某褐铁矿型红土镍矿中提取镍、钴和铁,确定了最佳工艺条件。结果表明:在焙砂细度为-74μm占96.34%、N H3和CO2质量浓度比为90 g/L∶60 g/L、矿浆质量浓度为100 g/L、浸出时间为150 min、充气量为1.2~1.5 mL/(min · g焙砂)条件下,镍、钴浸出率分别为88.02%和50.16%,浸出渣中全铁质量分数为59.75%。
The reduction roasting-ammonia leaching (RRAL ) process is used to extract nickel and cobalt ,and recover Fe from Philippines limonitic laterite ore .The optimum conditions are confirmed . T he results show that under the conditions of calcine fineness of -74 μm acountiong for 96 .34% , N H3 and CO2 mass concentration ratio of 90 g/L∶60 g/L ,slurry concentration of 100 g/L ,ammonia leaching time of 150 minutes ,aeration volume between 1 .2 -1 .5 mL/(min · g calcine) ,the leaching rate of nickel and cobalt reach 88 .02% and 50 .16% ,respectively ,and Fe mass fraction in leaching residue is 59 .75% .
