摘要
研究了在微波辅助条件下用二甲苯脱除湿法炼锌渣中的硫。结果表明:在液固体积质量比6∶1、高火力、加热时间10min、无搅拌条件下,脱硫率达98.12%,单位时间、单位能耗下的脱硫率为1.115×10-4g/(mL·℃·min);微波辅助二甲苯脱硫可降低液固体积质量比,提高脱硫率,降低生产成本;反应不受扩散控制。
Removal of sulfur using xylene from zinc hydrometallurgical slag by microwave was studied . By microwave ,the desulfurization rate reaches 98 .12% under the conditions of liquid-solid ratio of 6∶1、high power and heating time of 10 minutes without stirring .The desulfurization rate of unit time and energy consumption is 1 .115 × 10-4 g/(mL · ℃ · min ) .The desulfurization reaction is not controlled by diffusion .
