摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对某矿用自卸车副车架进行了轻量化研究,建立了副车架有限元模型,对其进行了典型工况的静力分析。分析结果表明,该副车架强度存在较大富裕,具有轻量化的优化空间。进而选取副车架所受应力最大值作为状态变量,副车架质量作为优化目标函数,基于ANSYS的Design Opt模块,采用一阶优化方法对该副车架进行轻量化分析,提出了自卸车副车架轻量化的优化设计方案。
This article analyzes the lightweight design of some mining dump truck secondary frame by using ANSYS, the finite element analysis software. In this research, the FEM model of the dump truck is established and made for static analysis of typical working conditions. The result shows that there is great surplus of strength on the secondary frame and latent capacity to be lightened. And then the maximum of the stress on the secondary frame is set as the state variable, the mass of the secondary frame is made as the objective function to be optimized, which is optimally calculated with the Design Opt module of ANSYS, and using first order optimization method to the analysis of lightweight design, an optimizing design scheme is made for lightweight of dump truck secondary frame.
