摘要
MasterCAM是一款基于PC平台的CAD/CAM软件,可高效产生NC程序,具有较高的性价比。在煤矿机械等设备中,需要对设备标牌等进行雕刻加工,对不同标牌雕刻类型及雕刻图形的建立方法进行了分析,通过实例介绍了MasterCAM软件在图案及文字雕刻加工方面的应用,针对文字雕刻时出现的问题,提出了有效的解决方案。
MasterCAM is a CAD/CAM software based on PC platform. It can generat NC procedures efficiently with a very high performance/cost. Sign engraving is needed in the coal mining machinery and other mechanical equipment. Different types of sign engraving and establishing methods of engracing graphics were analyzed. The application of MasterCAM in pattern and letter engraving was introduced. Effective solutions were put forward to solve the problems in sign letter en^r~vin~
