摘要
矿用风机是矿井通风系统的重要组成部分,是矿井安全生产的基础。由于人为因素导致停机,进而造成矿井通风中断的事故常有发生。提出了以PLC为现场控制核心,上位机为数据处理中心的总体技术方案,研制开发矿用主通风机在线监测与控制系统,避免人为因素造成的影响和损失,保障主通风机的安全稳定运转。
The mining fanner is an important part of mine ventilation simulation system,and the basis of mine safe production. Because of the man-made factors which causing downtime, the mine ventilation outages happens. This paper put forward a overall technical solutions that PLC is the spot control core and PC for data processing center, developing mine ventilator's online monitoring and control the main system, avoiding man-made influence or loss, guaranteeing the safe and stable operation of the main farmer.
