摘要
介绍了一种基于PLC与组态王6.5实现的煤矿风机监控系统,系统使用传感器与变频器,实现井下风机的无级调速,完成了风机实时运行状态与故障的监控,完成了风机的远程监控与综合保护,有效提高了煤矿井下生产的安全性。
A kind of monitoring system based on Kingview and PLC is proposed. It coordinates kinds of sensors and transducer can realize frequency conversion speed adjustment of coal mine ventilation monitoring, included electric machine examination and synthesis protection, and realize centralized and the long-distance monitoring. The system realized the coal mine monitoring automation. It enhanced reliability of mine nroduction safetv.
