摘要
将信息融合技术应用于矿井提升机在线监测与健康诊断中,利用LabVIEW软件平台来实现。提取提升机振动信号采用研华数据采集卡PCI-1710L,然后再使用变送器将所采集到的振动信号转换为电信号,由信息融合技术进行分析,最终实现对提升机的在线监测与健康诊断。通过实践证明该方法具有可靠性、有效性。
The information confusion technology is used in on-line monitoring and health diagnosing for mine hoister, introducing LabVIEW in it. Advantech PCI1710L Device extracts the vibration signal of mine hoister, next through transmitter the collected signals （including motor, cylinder and reducer） are converted into electric signals, finally introducing information confusion can realize on-line monitoring and health diagnosing for mine hoister. Through the practice it shows this method is reliable and effective.
