联盟组合多样性对技术创新路径的影响研究——基于科技型中小企业的跨案例分析 被引量:19

摘要 综合运用资源依赖理论与组织学习理论,旨在探索联盟组合多样性对科技型中小企业技术创新路径影响的内在机制。通过对达安基因、双鹭药业和海翔药业三家中小型医药型企业的纵向性多案例比较分析,归纳得出以下结论:(1)与当前国内外的研究结论类似,对我国科技型中小企业而言,联盟组合多样性越高,其技术创新成果越丰富;(2)对科技型中小企业而言,创立背景与基础的差异会影响其创业初期对联盟伙伴对象的选择,进而影响联盟经验的积累,最终会影响到技术创新路径的选择。 This paper aims to explore the internal mechanism of alliance portfolio diversity effect on SMEs technology innovation path by utilizing resource dependence theory and organizational leaming theory. Though longitudinal case comparative analysis of three biological SMEs, we summed up the following conclusions. Firstly, similar to the current domestic and foreign research conclusion, for SMEs in China, alliance portfolio diversity is postively related to technological innovation performance. Secondly, founded background differences of SMEs will af- fect the choice of partners during startups, and then affect alliance experience, and will ultimately affect technological innovation path selection.
