摘要
为了解决多线切割机高速运动时出现断线松线的问题,采用基于PLC和伺服电机的张力控制系统,运用PID积分分离算法,实现对放线和收线速度的精确控制。该方法能使系统保持良好的稳定性,有效解决了切割机在高速运动过程中出现的钢线张力变化太大而产生的断线松线问题。设计的系统已用于高速多线切割机,该系统同样适用于造纸、印刷和包装等领域。
In order to solve the problem that the steel wire gets loose or broken in Multi-Wire-Saw when it works in a high speed,this paper introduces a control method based on PLC and servo motor,uses the separated integral PID to control the speed of the steel wire when it's taken on and off accurately. This method can make the system keep stable, solves the problem which the force on the steel wire change too much lead to the broken when the machine works in a high speed. The tension control system can also be used in papermaking, printing and packaging.
