摘要
利用挥发油提取器从栀子中提取挥发油,并用GC-MS对它的化学成分进行了精确的分析,达到了提取栀子挥发油并对其成分进行化学析的目的.从栀子挥发油中初步分离出23个峰,并鉴定出其中的16种成分,利用峰面积归一化法可以确定它们的相对含量.已鉴定成分占栀子挥发油的总成58.17%.本次实验对栀子中挥发油的化学成分进行了比较精密的分析,为栀子的研究提供了非常有意义的实验依据.
To extract the gardenia volatile oil and its components for chemical analysis. Methods:The volatile oil ex-tracted essential oil was extracted from the gardenia and accurate analysis by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and chemical composition. Conclusion:The initial separation of from gardenia volatile oil 23 peaks,and identified 16 components,the use of peak area normalization method can determine their relative content. Have been identified com-ponent accounted for 58.17%of the total composition of the gardenia volatile oil. This experiment a more sophisticated analysis of the chemical composition of volatile oil gardenia gardenia in life provides an experimental basis.
