摘要
采用晶体取向分布函数方法 (ODF)研究和分析了在高纯铝中加入微量铍 (Be)对成品箔材立方织构的影响。研究结果表明 :添加 0 0 0 2 0 %铍 ,能增加成品高纯铝箔中立方织构含量 ,降低R织构比例。其作用机理是铍很难固溶于铝 ,但能与铁等微量杂质元素形成化合物 ,析出后可净化基体 ,降低基体中杂质铁的浓度 ,从而降低高纯铝再结晶温度 ,促进再结晶立方取向核心的形成与长大。另外 ,含铍样品的变形织构组分中C取向密度较大 ,Bs、S取向密度较小 ,而无铍样品中Bs组分最强 ,C组分最弱 ,退火时C取向有利于向立方织构的转化 ,Bs取向易产生R织构 ,因此 ,成品退火箔材中无铍样品的R织构强 ,含铍箔材中立方织构最强 ,R织构最弱。
The effect of trace Be on cubic texture of high purity aluminum foils was investigated by means of orientation distribution functions (ODF). The results showed that a small addtion of Be to high purity aluminum brought about a considerable increment of the cubic texture and a reduced content of R texture. Beryllium can combine with the other impurities to form the metallic compound particles. When the precipitation of these particles in the matrix is nearly completed and the Fe concentration in the matrix becomes low, the cubic texture can develop well and the R texture can be suppressed.
