选择合理的还原剂和硅石,采用合适的电炉参数并通过还原剂品种、粒度的合理搭配和加强冶炼操作是提高 75%硅铁产量、质量及热效率,降低电耗的方向。
It is pointed out that selecting rational reductants and silica,adopting appropriate technological parameter,proper proportions of reductants and sizes,strengthening smelting operation are the ways to increase FeSi production,quality and heat efficiency,and to reduce electricity consumption.
