摘要
城市建设规划中，首先应考虑到活断裂带的存在和分布，楼房、厂房的建筑要尽可能的避开它，把活断裂带规划到道路、公园、广场等空旷地段．同时．城市交通建设要便于人口疏散和救灾运输的畅通，以及保证有天然水的供应．
In the urban construction plan, the existence and distribution of active fracture zone should be first considered. The buildings, plant construction should be kept away from the fracture zone as far as possible, which should occur in the open urban area such as the garden, ground etc. At the same time, the urban traffic system must be convenient to disperse the population in time and ensure the reach of relief materials freely and the suffient water supply.
