摘要
通过半球点测试仪,对CaO-5%MgO-Al2O3-SiO2-0.5%‘FeO’体系低SiO2区域的炉渣熔化性能进行研究。结果表明:在炉渣中添加少量的SiO2可降低炉渣的熔点;当w(CaO)/w(Al2O3)较小时,炉渣的熔点随着SiO2含量的增加而降低;当w(CaO)/w(Al2O3)较大时,炉渣的熔点随着SiO2含量的增加呈现先降低后升高的趋势;随着四元碱度的增大,炉渣的熔点的总体趋势为先降低后升高。建立了熔化温度与各组分的关系,试验数据与关系式计算结果吻合较好。
The melting temperature for selected CaO-5 %MgO-Al2O3-SiO2- 0.5 %' FeO' slag with low silica was in- vestigated by the melting point testing instrument. The results indicate that the melting temperature decreases with the adding of SiO2 content. When the w(CaO)/w(Al2O3) is lower, the melting temperature decreases with the in crease of SiO2 content. When the w(CaO)/w(Al2O3) is higher, the melting temperature of slag decreases with the increase of SiO2 content and then increases. The hemisphere temperature decreases with increasing the basicity, and then increases with further the basicity increasing. The relationship between the melting temperature and the compo nent of slag can be developed, and the measured results are in good agreement with those given by the relationship.
