一种优化LLC半桥谐振变换器的设计研究

摘要 针对AC/DC变换电源中的高效率LLC DC/DC变换拓扑进行了深入分析,并指出在LLC拓扑设计中,使变换器工作在Ⅰ区和Ⅱ区的感性区域,仅仅是LLC拓扑实现ZVS的必要条件,而非充分条件。要在电源设计中,真正实现LLC拓扑的ZVS,就必须满足所给出的ZVS充分条件。给出一个600 W LLC AC/DC电源的设计实例,并进行了理论计算和仿真,实验样机的LLC DC/DC变换级实测效率达到97%。 The high efficiency is the trend of the switching power supply. The LLC topology DC/DC converter had been analyzed deeply, and it had been shown that the LLC running in the I and II inductance region was only the necessary condition of zero voltage switch (ZVS), and it would only realize ZVS when the LLC topology had been designed to meet the sufficient condition at same time, which had been given in this paper. One 600W LLC AC/DC design sample had been shown, and the calculation and simulation were done. The efficiency of the LLC stage of DC/DC was 97%.
