摘要
[目的]以荻草为原材料研究制备刨花板的工艺及性能优化。[方法]以荻草为研究对象,制备荻草刨花板,研究板材密度、施胶量、制备工艺对荻草刨花板弹性模量、静曲强度、内结合强度和吸水厚度膨胀率的影响。[结果]密度、施胶量和制备工艺都对荻草刨花板性能指标具有显著的影响;在施胶量为14%,板密度高于0.75 g/cm3,热压温度180℃,板坯含水率24%,防水剂添加量1.0%时,无论是整株荻草刨花板,还是茎秆荻草刨花板,其弹性模量、静曲强度、内结合强度和吸水厚度膨胀率都超过了国家标准GB/T 4897.3-2003的要求。[结论]通过研究荻草制备刨花板工艺优化了荻草刨花板的性能。
[Objective] The process and perfor mance of silver grass to manufacturing wood-based panel were studied.[Method] Take silver grass for research object,manufacturing wood-based panel,study the effects of board density,UF addition and preparation process for SPB's MOE,MOR,IB and TS.[Result] The results indicated that through changing board density and glue addition can improve SPB's properties.When glue addition14%,board density beyond 0.75 g/cm3,hot pressing temperature 180 ℃,moisture of the mat 24%,waterproof agent addition 1.0%,whatever the plant particleboard or stem particleboard,the mechanical indexes such as MOE,MOR,IB and TS,exceeded national standards (GB/T 4897.3-2003).[Conclusion] It has optimized the performance of silver grass wood-based panel by studying the preparation process.
