摘要
为了获得澳洲坚果在破壳工艺中的剪切力学特性,为破壳机的设计制造提供理论依据,采用电脑式双柱拉力试验机(JS-8051对澳洲坚果的剪切性能进行了研究。对其主要影响因素加载速率V、果径等级D以及加载方向F做了部分析因试验。试验结果表明:果径大小等级D和加载方向F对最大破坏力f和最大剪切位移百分比t的影响都极显著(a=0.05);加载速率V对/和t则影响显著(a=0.05);等级D2--D5的坚果中,当加载速度为25mm/min、加载方向为侧放沿种脐线方向时,最大破坏力最小为795.61N,最大剪切位移百分比为5.48%。
In order to get the shear properties of macadamia nut during the breaking process and to provide theoretical basis for the design of hatching machine, microprocessor controlled electronic universal testing machine (JS-805) was used to study the shear properties of macadamia nut. Fractional factorial design was carried out to test the impact effect of the fruit diameter grade, loading speed and loading direction. The results indicate that the fruit diameter grade and the loading direction had a very significant impact on the maximal crushing force and the ratio of maximum shear displacement, and the loading speed had less impact (a=0.05) . Between the macadamia nut diameter grade was D2-D5, the maximal crushing force got its least value, 795.61N and the ratio of maximum shear displacement was 5.48% when the loading speed was 25mm/min and the loading direction was side lay along the hilum line.
