摘要
一种新型的StarRotor发动机将内啮合齿轮应用于膨胀机。利用Pro/E软件创建了膨胀机内啮合齿轮三维模形。通过ANSYS软件对齿轮进行有限元分析,得到内啮合转子膨胀机的齿轮接触应力图。确定齿轮受到的最大应力值和位置,分析所选用的材料是否满足使用要求,为以后内啮合转子膨胀机的设计做为基础。
A new type of Star Rotor engine applying internal gear to expander. Using Pro/E software to create the internal gear expander three-dimensional modeling, are obtained through ANSYS software of finite element analysis of gear meshing rotor expander in the gear con- tact stress diagram. To determine the maximum stress value of gear by and location is selected for analysis the material meets the require- ment, for the future design of internal meshing rotor expander as a basis.
