摘要
语言教育的状况和水平,不仅决定一个国家的国民素质水平,同时也决定着其国家软实力、政府执政能力乃至国家传播能力和国际竞争力。面对全球化挑战和新发展机遇,我国的语言教育应上升到高国家战略高度加以认识和对待。从语言知识教育走向语言能力教育,从说写技能教育走向文化素养教育,从语言体系教育走向语言传播秩序教育,从个体语言工具教育走向国家话语能力教育,从国内语言教育走向国际语言教育,从语言文化教育走向语言文明教育,正在成为我国语言教育发展的新趋势。
The situation and quality of language education is not only key to civilization of a nation, but also key to a country's soft power, the abilities of its government's governance, as well as a country's abilities in communication and international competition. Facing global challenges and new development opportunity, China's language education should be highlighted as the nation's strategy. It should be transferred from language knowledge education to language ability education, from speaking and wring skill education to cultural literacy education, from language system education to education in the orders of language communication, from education of individual language tools to State's discourse competence education, from domestic language education to international language education, from language culture education to language civilization education, which is becoming a new trend of China's language education.
