摘要
文章主要以"丁草胺降解菌株的分离及降解特性的研究"为例,探讨微生物实验教学中开展设计性实验教学模式的方法,使学生对科研工作的基本流程有初步了解,并在实验过程中获得一些科研素质,进一步证实设计性实验在培养学生创新能力和综合实验能力方面的重要作用.
Taking“Isolation and degradation characteristics of butachlor-degrading strains”as an example, this article mainly explores the microbial experimental teaching methods designed to carry out experimental teaching mode in order to enable students to have a preliminary understanding of the basic processes to re-search work and get some research quality during the experiment,It further confirmed the important role of designing experiments in cultivating students' innovative ability and comprehensive test capabilities.
