摘要
痞满为临床常见脾胃病证,张介眉教授在中医药防治痞满方面具有独到见解,认为痞满与脾胃升降失司关系最为密切,提出"善别虚实,进退适时"的辨证方针和三证九方的辨证体系,并自拟半夏调中方协调脾胃升降治疗痞满。
The stomach distention is common in clinic. Professor ZHANG has unique insight in treating the stomach distention by traditional Chinese medicine and believes that it is most closely with stomach movements. He proposed differenitaition of excess and deficiency and timely change the treatment and three syndromes and nine prescriptions and Banxia Tiaozhong Formula for treating the stomach distention.
