摘要
桥本甲状腺炎是临床常见的自身免疫性甲状腺疾病,西医治疗仍以甲状腺激素替代疗法、免疫疗法、手术疗法为主,近年来也有人尝试用联合硒剂、131I同位素放射疗法治疗本病,临床并未得到推广应用。中医治疗该病有一定的优势,临床治疗将分期论治与辨证论治结合,根据不同的临床表现,采用不同的中医疗法进行治疗。中西医结合治疗本病,既能弥补单用西药或中药治疗的不足,又能起到两者相互补充共同增疗的作用。
Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis （ HT ） is a common clinical autoimmune thyroid disease. Over the years, Western medicine still uses thyroid hormone replacement therapy, immune therapy or operation therapy as the main methods for HT treatment. Recently people attempt to treat the disease with combined selenium agent and 131I isotope radiation therapy. However, it is not clinically popularized. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of HT has certain advantages over Western medicine. Clinical treatment of TCM combines staging treatment and syndrome differential treatment. According to the different clinical manifestations, different traditional Chinese medicine therapies are used for treatment. Treating HT with combined treatment of TCM and Western medicine can not only make up the deficiencies of singly using Western medicine or Chinese medicine, but also complement them with each other, which results in better therapeutic effects.
