摘要
基于ELES模型，对2002～2012年间黑龙江省农村居民消费结构的时间序列数据分析，找出各类商品与消费支出存在的线性关系和消费倾向，确定农村居民的消费重点。选取2012年黑龙江省农村居民各项消费支出数据，进行具体的横截面数据分析，发现随着收入水平的提高，黑龙江省农村居民边际消费倾向递减。利用ELES模型自价格弹性公式和互价格公式，计算出黑龙江省农村居民消费各项支出的价格弹性，寻找影响农村居民消费不足的原因，并提出了针对性的政策建议。
In order to find the inhibition of the influence factors of rural residents＇ consumption structure, we made efforts to boost the rural economy of Heilongjiang Province. Based on ELES model, we used the method of time series to research the data from 2002 to 2012 of the rural residents＇ consumption structure in Heilongjiang Province, and find out all kinds of goods and there was a linear relationship in consum- er spending and consumption tendency. In this way, we could determine the consumption level of rural residents. Then, we selected rural residents＇ consumer spending data of Heilongjiang Province in 2012, carried on the cross-section data analysis, and found that with the income level improving, rural residents＇ marginal consumption level was diminishing. Finally, by using ELES model, own-price elasticity formula and mutual price formula, we calculated the price elasticity of rural residents＇ consumption expenditures in Heilongjiang Province, got the deficiency reasons for influencing the rural residents＇ consumption, and put forward some corresponding policy suggestions.
