摘要
首次建立了对番茄系列产品中的番茄红素进行检测的高效液相色谱内标法。以β-胡萝b素为内标;采用乙腈、甲醇、四氢呋喃溶液作为流动相,DAD检测器检测,在485nm检测波长下,对番茄果汁饮料、番茄酒中的番茄红素进行了检测。结果表明,番茄红素在0.05—1.00mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.992,回收率为97%-100%,相对标准偏差为2.73%-5.76%。该方法具有高灵敏度、低检出限及响应时间快等特点。
A high performance liquid chromatography photodi- ode array detector for determining the content of lycopene in tomato products was invesitigated at the first time, quantified by internal standard method. And β-carotene was used as the internal standard. The mobile phase was acetonitrile, methanol and THF acid, gradient elution DAD detection, detection at 485 nm. The results show that lycopene at the concentration range of 0.05 - 1.00 mg/mL was linear, R2 = 0. 992 0. The recoveries ranged from 97% to 100% with relative standard deviations between 2.73% - 5.76%. The strain gauge has some characteristics of being sensitiveness to measure ,low de- tection limit and fast response time.
