摘要
目的 探讨不同智能触发阈值对64排螺旋CT一次性心胸联合检查同时显示肺动脉、主动脉及冠状动脉成像质量的影响.方法 120例患者随机分成4组,分别接触发阈值70HU(A)、90 HU(B)、110HU(C)、130 HU(D)启动扫描,行64排螺旋CT胸部动脉成像,在心电门控下一次性完成主动脉、肺动脉及冠状动脉扫描,比较各组间肺动脉、主动脉强化CT值,同时比较四组间肺动脉和冠状动脉成像质量的差别.结果 肺动脉强化CT值及图像质量各组间均有统计学意义(F =266.443,x2=78.89,P=0.000),A组平均CT值最高,成像质量较好,D组平均CT值较低,成像质量较差;主动脉平均强化CT值A组较低,四组间差异有统计学意义(F =24.14,P =0.000),B、C、D三组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);冠状动脉成像质量四组间差异有统计学意义(x2=79.70,P=0.000),C组成像质量最好,A组较差.结论 不同触发阈值对64排螺旋CT胸部动脉三联检查成像质量有一定的影响,当触发阈值为90~ 110 HU时可以同时获得主动脉、肺动脉及冠状动脉的较为理想的图像以满足临床诊断需要.
Objective To explore the imaging quality of pulmonary artery,aorta and coronary in 64-slice spiral CT one-time unified examination with different intelligent trigger thresholds.Methods A total of 120 patients were randomly divided into four groups who underwent 64-slice spiral computed tomography chest angiography,one-time unified examination of pulmonary artery,aorta and coronary artery using ECG-gated function based on trigger threshold of 70 HU(A),90 HU(B),110 HU(C),130 HU(D) ;the enhanced CT value of pulmonary artery,aorta of different groups were compared,and the imaging quality difference of pulmonary and coronary among the four groups were compared.Results The enhanced CT values and image quality of pulmonary artery between the groups were statistically significantly different (F =266.443,x2 =78.89,P =0.000),the average CT value of group A was the highest,and the image quality was the best,the average CT value of D group was lower,and the image quality was poor;the average value of the aorta enhanced CT of group A was lower,there were significant differences between the four groups (F =24.14,P =0.000),while there were no significant difference between group B,C and D (P 〉 0.05);the image quality of coronary angiography had statistically significant differences between four groups(x2 =79.70,P =0.000),the image quality of group C was better,of group A was poor.Conclusion Different trigger thresholds for 64-slice spiral CT chest artery triple examination affect the imaging quality to a certain degree,when the trigger threshold is 90-110 HU,ideal image of aorta,pulmonary and coronary can be obtainedsimultaneously to meet the clinical diagnostic needs.
